the complimentary breakfast each morning had fresh pastries. I also appreciated the mint tea I was offered upon arrival. My room, a superior double room, had a functional air conditioner.

The staff provided a warm welcome and really good hospitality throughout my stay I received afternoon tea with a city map upon arrival which was very helpful. Dates with milk were a favorite gift before bed with a hot water bottle. Upon departure, I received a snack bag perfect for my long journey.

The breakfast was very good and abundant providing a great start to the day. Hot tea and refreshments were also available every afternoon which i did enjoy a lot. I ate delicious dates with milk every evening.

The location is within walking distance to key attractions and shops providing easy access. Taxis can get within 50 meters of the entrance a big plus for transportation. The hotel is also conveniently located 20 minutes from the airport.

The staff were AMAZING!!! They helped with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, I enjoyed the fresh options. The location was very convenient, close to many attractions. It gave a homely feeling.

I enjoyed the staff. They were kind. the location was good for exploring the souks. the bottled water in the room was a plus, also the biscuits upon arrival were nice.
I stayed in a room on the ground floor near housekeeping. It was noisy. i heard buckets and equipment moved around a lot. the fridge did not work. It was humming loudly.
