the staff were helpful when needed, i appreciated their assistance. the location proved useful, offering easy access to various attractions and nearby shops. it made exploring convenient. the airport transfer was very smooth.

the room size felt restrictive and lacked adequate space. the rooftop jacuzzi was unfortunately not in service . it was a slight disappointment.

the complimentary breakfast each morning had fresh pastries. I also appreciated the mint tea I was offered upon arrival. My room, a superior double room, had a functional air conditioner.

The staff provided a warm welcome and really good hospitality throughout my stay I received afternoon tea with a city map upon arrival which was very helpful. Dates with milk were a favorite gift before bed with a hot water bottle. Upon departure, I received a snack bag perfect for my long journey.

lovely staff bottled water welcome biscuits noisy room ground floor broken fridge

I enjoyed the staff. They were kind. the location was good for exploring the souks. the bottled water in the room was a plus, also the biscuits upon arrival were nice.

I stayed in a room on the ground floor near housekeeping. It was noisy. i heard buckets and equipment moved around a lot. the fridge did not work. It was humming loudly.
